The former Married At First Sight villain Davina Rankin and her partner Jaxon Manuel have secured a family home together.

It is in suburban Brisbane, secured at $542,000 just ahead of the birth of their first child.

The Instagram model was on the MAFS 2018 season when she cheated on her Maroubra-based tradie ‘‘husband’’ Ryan Gallagher hooking up instead with the Bondi-based entrepreneur Dean Wells.

Following the show she moved on, and began dating Manuel, co-owner of the cafe chain Pineapple Express Cafe, early last year.

The pair have now bought a home in Lota, a coastal post-war suburb in Brisbane’s east.

They snapped the cottage up just 10 days into its marketing.

Set on 605 square metres, the 1950s home with timber floors has three bedrooms. It has a renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The couple have quickly started on the nursery.

Naturally, Rankin took to Instagram to update her 327,000 followers on the recent purchase.

“And here we are, sitting out the front of our very own Queenslander cottage, with our little baby girl on the way,” Rankin captioned.

The property is Rankin’s first house purchase.

Lota’s median price for three-bedroom homes is $530,000, based on 21 houses sold over the past year.
