Luke Ricketson sells Randwick investment

The former Roosters captain Luke Ricketson has sold his Randwick investment property for more than $1.8 million.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom semi was purchased in 2003 for $940,000 on Hooper Street.

Ricketson and his wife Kate Waterhouse ares set to upgrade from the current Balmoral Beach apartment as they are expecting a baby sister to their daughter, Sophie.

The pre-auction result was well above the initial guide of $1.5 million set by Pillinger Real Estate.
