LJ Hooker has confirmed it has terminated the franchise agreement with its Pymble and Lindfield office franchisee, Johnson Prestige Realty Pty Ltd, due to a breach of the franchise agreement.

The office has secured the sale of many prestige upper north shore listings, including  a then-record of $5.4 million in Pymble in 2004.

A search of LJ Hooker's website for Pymble returns a "Page not found" message.

LJ Hooker’s other businesses on Sydney’s north shore are among the strongest and stable businesses within the network, an LJ Hooker spokesperson says.

“As one of the leading real estate network we will continue provide our customers and the residents of the north shore the same service as always.”
