Lisa Keighery, widow of the late Marcs fashion wear founder Mark Keighery, has bought back into Woollahra.

It had been listed with $2.2 million to $2.3 million price guidance.

1st City Woollahra agent John Anderson sold the three bedroom wide-fronted Victorian terrace with designer renovation having previously been a small art gallery.

Keighery, who is renovating at Palm Beach, had a nearby five bedroom family home (pictured below) which sold for $4.2 million.
