Lisa Keighery, widow of Marcs founder Mark Keighery, has listed her Woollahra terrace.

It has $2.5 million to $2.6 million.

Keighery will move permanently to Palm Beach, where her $7.55 million Snapperman Beach has been recently renovated.

Keighery bought the junction Street terrace for $2.21 million in 2017.

It was when she was trading down from her former home opposite the Lough Playing Fields which sold for $4.2 million.

The last sale on Junction Street was $2.5 million last December. It has barely gone up on its $2.39 million sale in 2017.
