Steve McCann, chief of the international property group Lendlease, has secured the snappy $6.33 million sale of his four level Cremorne property.

Steve bought the then newly completed home on the southern shores of Long Bay from Platino's George Revay in 2009 for $5.6 million, shortly after becoming the group's chief executive.

The four level property was a surprise quick sale as it features two inclinations, which makes it quite hard  to secure any sale.

The home, on 859 sqm comes with numerous terraces leading to the boatshed with slipway, plus a 100 year old sandstone tidal pool.

Piers Van Hamburg of McGrath Neutral Bay had the listing with $6 million plus price guidance.

The harbourfront comes with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two offices and a library.
