Lendlease chief Steve McCann has upgraded acreages after securing $7 million in Terrey Hills.

He has bought in nearby Duffys Forest paying $8.135 million for the trophy home known as the Biggest Loser house.

The IT industry entrepreneur Phil Woolley listed the two-hectare acreage (above and below) in 2013 with $8 million plus hopes.

Woolley bought in 2005 for $6.5 million when it was sold by the Doyle family, setting a suburb record at the time.

It was previously owned by commercial property businessman Robert Christie, who sold it in 2000 for $2.55 million.

McCann’s purchase comes as he sells his Terrey Hills acreage for $7 million.

HE sold to Anthony Altomonte, chief of the Alto Group car dealership.

The McCarrs Creek Road property was bought by McCann in 2013 for $4.45 million.
