Laura Dundovic, the former Miss Universe Australia, spends $537,000 for her first home - a top-floor Mosman apartment

Laura Dundovic, ambassador for Myer and the former Miss Universe Australia, has bought her first property.

The 25-year-old paid $537,000 for a top-floor Mosman apartment. It previously sold at $455,000 in 2009.

The Dating in the Dark host inspected more than 60 properties and apparently missed out on several to her liking.

The fourth-floor views include the harbour bridge from both the lounge and her bedroom in the 1960s block. There are also water glimses.

It came with undercover carpace.
