Langhorne Creek vineyard, Twin Rivers, sold in SA

A substantial South Australian vineyard at Langhorne Creek has been sold, with Colliers posting the result last month on realcommercial.com.au.

The Twin Rivers property comprises of 129 hectares of land.

There are 115 hectares of established vineyards with planting.
It includes 24 hectares of Pinot Noir, 26 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon and 65 hectares of Shiraz.

An existing Grape Sale Agreement is included with major wine companies.

There is a River Murray Water Licence with entitlements of 403ML per annum.

It is in proximity to the Fleurieu Peninsula towns of Goolwa, Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.

The property was offered through Colliers International agent Tim Altschwager. No sale price has been advised.

It was previously advised as sold in 2015.
