Lane Cove bushland retreat sold

There was a $2.2 million weekend sale of a four bedroom Lane Cove bushland retreat.
The 18 Cogan Place offering was a renovated 1970s home, close to Macquarie Park in the city's north.
It was popular with owner occupiers with a local couple paying $200,000 over reserve for the property.
There were five registered bidders at its Belle Property auction.
