Landscape photographer Ken Duncan lists Matcham house and former gallery

The Matcham property of noted landscape photographer Ken Duncan has been listed with $1.2 million plus hopes through the Gittoes agency.

The Oak Road property comes with a seven bedroom, three bathroom house.

The country style home on the NSW Central Coast is set on 2.1 acres with park-like grounds.

It is close to Terrigal beach, Erina Fair and the Central Coast Grammar School.

The property offers the opportunity for someone who also wishes to operate a gallery from home.

There is parking for cars and buses. The Ken Duncan gallery is now based at Erina Heights. He also has galleries in The Rocks, Sydney and Melbourne's Collins Street.

The Gittoes agency has two other acreages priced at $1.4 million and $1.695 million.
