Sydney socialite Krissy Marsh’s Double Bay apartment has finally sold almost a year after its initial offering.

It’s been a roller coaster ride for the property investor dubbed the “property princess” during her stint on Real Housewives Of Sydney. She called the three-bedroom apartment home during filming.

The sale comes nearly a year after she first sought an overly ambitious $5 million.

The luxury apartment (pictured above) in the Kann Finch-designed Bay Residences looked to have sold when asking $4.3 million mid-year.

It went under contract in June, only for the Hong Kong buyer to back out, foregoing their 5% deposit.

Ray White TRG agent Gavin Rubinstein took over the listing and secured the sale this week after reducing the asking price to $3.8 million.

Marsh (pictured), who resides in Dover Heights, paid $3.5 million in 2015.

During the marketing campaign, the apartment was up for rent at $3000 a week.

Marsh is planning on using the proceeds to buy a holiday home in Noosa.

Marsh bought her first Sydney property in 1994 paying $260,000 for a two-bedroom art deco apartment in Rose Bay, which she sold a decade later for $620,000.

In 2003 she founded industrial and commercial agency Billicorp, which she sold 10 years later to LJ Hooker.
