The agents Jeremy Fox and Jack Edgar at RT Edgar have a price estimate between $3.6 million to $3.96 million.

The convent was built with 28 rooms to house 20 Good Samaritan nuns.
The convent was closed at the end of 1972 and was sold to a group of five Melbourne schools to be used as a school camp/hostel.
They purchased the property in 1973 for $19,000.
In 2003 Kim and Craig Fraser purchased the convent in an advanced state of disrepair.
It took its first guests in late 2008.
In 2009 Vivienne Porter purchased the property then extensively redecorating all the rooms.
Her late mother Dawn and late step father Bill Clancey were co-hosts for hotel guests with Vivienne's brother Stephen, the chef.
