More than $7 million is expected for an Ian Moore-designed apartment at Tama House's 3/11 Kenneth Street, Tamarama.

Listed with Barry Goldman and Mark Goldman at Raine & Horne Double Bay, the four bedroom, four bathroom oceanfront space is spread over two levels.

There are views from the apartment, including from two large terraces. It has around 215 square metres internal space, with some 300 square metres with the balconies. There are four car spaces. 

There are just the four apartments in the block.

It is to be auctioned 17 November.
