Jockey Luke Currie lists Essendon home

The veteran jockey Luke Currie has his Essendon home of 17 years listed for sale.

Currie and his wife, Sophia, have $1.5 million to $1.6 million expectations.

The four-bedroom house has been home to his daughters Mia, 4, and Miley, 10 months for the 39-year-old joekey.

He recently rode Arcadia Queen to victory in the Mckinnon Stakes.

He told the Herald Sun 2B Thomson Street was being listed as they were set to move closer to Sophia’s family in Bayside.

They made renovations since paying $480,000 in 2003.
