Annalise Braakensiek, the international model, has bought a Sydney bolthole.

The newly offered apartment is on Potts Point's Victoria Street.

She plans to decorate in her signature style with accents of Bali, which she visits frequently due to business commitments including her jewellery designer sideline.

These days Braakensiek mostly divides her time between Europe and the US.

She paid about $600,000 for the one-bedroom apartment.

It comes with trendy oak floating floors.

There is a large balcony and a storage cage.

The block of 14 apartments comes with communal rooftop.

Braakensiek, currently in Los Angeles on a modelling assignment, had buyer’s agent Tracy Chambers undertake her property search.

Braakensiek confirmed earlier this year that her marriage of 16 years with stockbroker Danny Goldberg, had ended.

She expressed her situation on Instagram, sharing with her 37,000 followers: "I don't know if a broken heart mends or learns to live in pieces."
