The fifth and final Block apartment to appear online ahead of its November auction was Geelong best mates Andy and Ben.

Their oversized 'New York style' apartment at 4/164 Ingles Street is with David Hood and Stephanie Evans at Hockingstuart.

The apartment is the only one on the show that offers four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, a study and sun flooded living rooms.

The boys guest bedroom scored a perfect 10 from The Block judges.

The large open plan family living and dining space flow to a large north facing garden terrace complete with bar fridge.

Featuring a long formal entrance hall, the apartment's custom designed kitchen has an extensive four metre marble island bench.

Andy and Ben, school teachers from Geelong, are the favourites heading into the November 12 televised auction.

Before the competition started Andy and Ben admitted their sport nature led to their application to the show.

"We played a game of ping-pong to decide who would be the shopper and who would stay at The Block with the builders."

Ben won and chose to stay at The Block with the builders, leaving Andy to be the shopper.
