It's being marketed as the jewel in the crown of Brighton's school precinct.

Shane Warne's four bedroom house, Kilkerran sits on a 2,202 square metre estate.

Taking centre-stage in park-like grounds, the Victorian Italianate mansion Kilkerran dates back to 1885.

It comes with a tennis-court above 10-car underground garaging.

There's the  fully-tiled pool with Warne's signature 23 on the pool bottom.

There was one in the pool Warne's last house.

There's also an in-ground trampoline.

Inside its been "renovated for a modern family with a refined mix of original formal rooms."

It includes lounge, library with home-office and children's living space.

Its garden-wrapped living/dining comes with Gaggenau kitchen and pantry areas.

The home brings inside out with a vast bi-fold-enclosed entertainment and theatre zone featuring bar, BBQ kitchen, fully-racked cellar-room even an aquarium.

Accommodating four bedrooms, the home puts the emphasis on parental privacy including a private skygarden-terrace with outdoor fireplace. 

Its Victorian-era detail include multiple marble-fireplaces and lavish leadlight.

Apparently the contemporary design by James Packer's interior designers.

The wine room was James Packer's idea.

"It's one of Brighton's finest historic homes," says the marketing.

Its been listed by Jonathan Dixon and Chris Bevan at J.P. Dixon.

"Who ever buys this is going to be very lucky," Jonathan Dixon said.

He told the Channel 9 Today program: "We are hoping for $15 million."

"We are serious about selling it now.

"It's well documented he has bought in England.

"Everything he does he does to perefection.

"This place is a little bit too big for him.

"He will stay in the area but he will drop down a little bit in size," Dixon said.
