Inside Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn's Cremorne dream home

The Cremorne harbourfront residence intended by Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn as their dream home has been officially offered for sale.

Offers are being sought at $9 million plus for the austere ultra-contemporary three storey residence (above and below).

The Sunday Telegraph's Sydney Confidential reported earlier this month the warring couple will split any profit.

The Cremorne property is officially held in the name of Thorburn after their split almost three years ago.

The 756 sqm Wonga Road property cost the couple $8 million in 2016 when the couple lived at Lindfield where they pocketed $3.8 million.

The home has been marketed by the Di Jones agency as "an exceptional lifestyle opportunity."

The developer Tony Blanche has retained the non-waterfront residence above the Thorburn harbourside listing.
