Set against the backdrop of almost 10 hectares at Mt Eliza, Incanto, has been listed with $6.2 million plus hopes.

It is an eight bedroom home with separate annex created over three years by the vendors, the Carner family.

The Stephen Akehurst inspired property comes with a 2.30 minute video.

Crafted with brick from the Cotswolds, UK, the house at 2 Grant Road also comes with a Welsh slate roof and French Copper façade.

"The home has created a new level of sophistication on the Mornington Peninsula," the Aqua Real Estate marketing by agent Michelle Skogland says.

"No details missed in this unique modern mansion home," it added.

The first indication of the grandeur within is a 25-foot atrium apparently not out of place in a Beverly Hills mansion.

The design plan ensures that every room in the 135 square metre space has views across acreage

The eight bedroom, six bathroom trophy mansion comes with home theatre, study, exercise room, travertine pool, with spa, and championship tennis court on its 9.7 hectare holding.

The block cost $1.25 million in 2005.

CoreLogic RP Data put the house median at $770,000.
