How long have you been in the industry?

What’s happening in the area you specialise in?
There is an unprecedented demand for Residential and Mixed Use development sites. It is a very good and strategically sound time to launch our new specialised division within Savills.

Describe the most interesting property you have developed:
Most interesting property to work on was Meriton’s World Tower. Was an eye opener and a great learning experience.

What are the ingredients to being successful in your job?
Be persistent, be patient, work smart, know what is going on around you and know your competition.

What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?
The most satisfying part of what i do is seeing an idea, a concept, turn into a reality.

Where would invest a spare $750,000?
I would look at optioning a development site... and a holiday.

St George Dragons

What’s your favourite app or techno gadget?
Galaxy Note 2

How do you use social media?
Not as often as I should. I will be changing that.
