Their third-floor unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study nook.

There is lift access to a basement car park.

Kay & Burton agent Tom Staughton suggests a price guide between $1 million and $1.1 million.

The 14/2 Exhibition Street offering goes to March 4 auction.
