The Hogs Breath Café licensees Mark Allen and Amanda Richardson have sold their Bellevue Hill home, with plans to downsize from their large family home.

Spanning two storeys on a 684 square-metre Fairfax Road block, the six-bedroom, three-bathroom property complete with a cocktail bar and a library sold ahead of next weekend's auction.

Allen and his wife Amanda Richardson were expecting $4.5 million to $5 million through Ben Collier at The Agency.

The couple paid $4.05 million in 2015 home, since adding a glass balustrade around the infinity pool and painting throughout.

Allen owns several Hog’s Breath Cafes, including one on the Gold Coast and another at Brighton Le Sands, and is also a director and shareholder at Stone & Wood Brewing Company.
