Historic Medindie home sells for $2.3 million

A historic Medindie residence, built more than 100 years ago, has sold for $2,300,000. 

The house, at 20 Avenel Gardens Road, features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a detached studio, a dry cellar, and a fenced in-ground salt-water pool.

It previously traded in 2017, when it was sold for $1,850,000, representing a growth of almost $500,000 is just over two years.

The median house price in Medindie is $1,177,500.

Sally Cameron, from Toop & Toop Real Estate, secured the sale.
