A heritage style Attadale house in Western Australian has been sold for $4.1 million.

The heritage style house at 11 Moreing Road sold for $4.1 million through Caporn Young Estate agents Stefanie Dobro and Michael Harries. 

The 974 square metre, three-storey home has a Colonial-style veranda, a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor and an alfresco balcony. 

Previously traded for $980,000 in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an eight-car garage and a laundry chute. 

The median price for a house in Attadale is $1,025,000 according to CoreLogic RP Data.
