Former McGrath New Farm agent Henry Hodge has set up his own shop, in the same suburb.

He's opened his own office, Henry Hodge Real Estate, based in New Farm, and has taken fellow former McGrath colleague Kosta Porfyriou with him.

Hodge spent three years at McGrath from late 2016 as a sales agent.

During his time at McGrath he achieved the highest auction sale in Brisbane at the time.

That came last year when Riverview, a grand Teneriffe home, sold for $4.405 million.

Hodge and Porfyriou, who had been at McGrath for a few months longer than Hodge, have brought five listings over from McGrath.

The most recent is Koowa, the luxury Teneriffe home that Hodge sold for $3.8 million last December when at McGrath.
