Henley’s Palace 38, situated in Villawood’s Armstrong Community along the Victorian Surf Coast go under the hammer on Good Friday April 14th.

This is Henley’s 24th year of building and donating houses to the Good Friday Appeal and is the 8th year that the house has been built on land donated by Villawood Properties.

Henley will deliver a home called the Palace 38 with Grand Alfresco on a spacious 599m2 lot in Villawood Properties’ premium Waters precinct at Armstrong Mt Duneed.

The house itself is a well-appointed, 41 square family home, finished and styled to the highest level, with everything the lucky buyer requires to move straight in including window coverings, landscaping, driveway and more.

The house is located at 66 Unity Drive, in Armstrong, Mt Duneed.
