Harry Triguboff buys Little Bay Cove waterfront development

Billionaire developer Harry Triguboff has purchased an 11 hectare Little Bay Cove waterfront development in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for an estimated $245 million, according to reports.

The Australian reports Meriton Apartments Group has beaten Chinese developer Country Garden for the site near Sydney's La Perouse. 

Vendor TA Global Bhd has finished civil works and masterplan development consent, with several phases of development already under construction.

TA Global entered into a joint venture development deal with Charter Hall Group in 2010 for the project.
