A harbour-view five bedroom house at Balgowlah Heights has been sold for $3.55 million making it Sydney’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 15 Fisher Street, the 841 sqm property has views of North Harbour and Manly Village to the ocean.

Built in 1980 the property was last sold in 2015 for $2.875 million. It sold in 1992 for $525,000.

It has a large lounge room with gas fireplace and windows with views along with living and dining space that leads to the rear deck.

There is also another deck that leads to the terrace and level rear lawn.

The kitchen has a CaesarStone island kitchen with Smeg gas stove and dishwasher.

All the bedrooms have built-in robes while the master suite has an ensuite that opens to the harbour-view terrace.
