Justin Wood and Susan Chenoweth are selling their home in Brisbane's Hamilton that has an in-built concrete skate bowl.

The six bedroom comes comes with a heated pool.

The massive concrete skate bowl is in the living room of the three-level Queenslander.

It was formerly owned by a man who founded many of the Brisbane’s skate parks.

The property at 32 Joint Street is listed through Drew Davies of Place Estate Agents.

It last sold seven years ago by Robert Lewers, the founder of Concrete Skate Parks, which explains the unusual skate bowl.
