A manorhouse residence set on 20 acres with an outlook across the surrounding countryside of Guys Hills has been recently sold on Melbourne's outskirts.

It was sold by Peter Watson from First National Real Estate Neilson Partners Berwick.'

The price is undisclosed but whispers suggest around $5.5 million.

It last sold at $1,225,000 in 2009.

Located at 10 Myrtle Grove, the Manorhouse comes with five bedrooms, a series of living areas including a formal lounge, bar equipped Billards room, home theatre, and segregated children's wing. 

The home also features a wet edged, horizon pool, tennis court, covered entertainment areas, yards and handling facilities. 

There is some 350sqm of warehousing accommodation incorporating offices, kitchenette and M&F toilets.

It's close to Haileybury College, St Margaret’s Girls School, and Berwick Village.

 

Guys Hill’s next biggest sale was a 2ha property at 21 Quamby Road in 2016 at $2.3 million, CoreLogic records show.
