Gold Coast jeweller John Calleija – known for his pink diamonds and Aston Martin collection – has listed his Sanctuary Cove home with price hopes over $3 million.

The architecturally designed home with feng shui influences has been listed for a February 14 auction.

The four-bedroom home boasts three-metre ceilings, bluegum floors and a designer kitchen.

Located in Marina Drive East, the 1,137-square metre block offers a 20-metre water frontage – big enough to moor a large yacht.

The property also features an outdoor heated pool and a pontoon overlooking the water.

Calleija has lived at the property since 1999 and has recently built a new home nearby.

Last year, Calleija attended the world’s most exclusive diamond sale at Kensington Palace, the home of the duke and duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate.

The property is listed by Katrina Walsh from Ray White Broadbeach.
