Multi-award winning Gold Coast building company Choice Homes has won the Developers and Builders category in the annual Your Investment Property magazine’s Property Investor Awards for 2019.

The award recognises business achievements, year-on-year growth and market share as well as product innovation and how they have helped their property investment clients.

Choice Homes Director Troy Knight says the award is recognition of the hard work the company puts in to ensuring their product meets their market’s needs.

“We take very seriously the trust and faith our client’s put in us when purchasing a home as part of their investment strategy, and the award recognises this work and the stringent processes we have in place,” Mr Knight says.

“We employ six REIQ-registered client managers to work with our valued referral base to provide all the tools they require to successfully buy or sell a Choice Homes property.

“This includes a seven stage handover process involving contracts administration, delivery and quality control, and we follow up with ongoing maintenance and support services as well as continual communication and updates on their property and the housing market in general.”

Choice Homes develops and builds across a range of South East Queensland locations including the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim as well as in Mackay in central Queensland.
