Godolphin sells Bellevue Hill home

The Bellevue Hill home of the Australian Godolphin boss Henry Plumptre has been sold for more than $6 million- just a week after its listing.

It last traded for $5.25 million in 2008 when bought by Darley Australia Pty Ltd controlled by the ruler of Dubai Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.

Godophin breeds horses in Australia, France, Japan, Ireland, America and the UK.

The Bulkara Road house sold through James Keenan, of Ray White Double Bay.
