The Glebe home of the commercial financial manager at British American Tobacco Kristelle Hanquier has sold for $2.05 million before its weekend auction.

Her three-storey home has glass facades at the front and back.

Offering open-plan living spaces at entry level and two bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the upper levels, the property showcases an industrial edge with painted brick walls, timber stairs, corrugated iron ceilings and exposed steel beams.

Hanquier paid $920,500 in 2011.

Raine & Horne Newtown agent Duncan Gordon was asking for offers around $1.8 million.
