The redundant Mosman investment property of Australia’s richest woman Gina Rinehart has been relisted for sale.

It's a House of Hancock in reality.

It has been scheduled for 26 March auction.

Designed by Corben Architects to embrace its landscaped gardens, the house comes with a centrepiece wet-edge pool and cabana.

It captures sweeping views over the Harbour Bridge and city skyline from the upper level.

There was single lowball bid of $4.3 million when it went to December 2013 auction.

It was the former Mosman home of her daughter, Hope Welker.

It had cost $5.4 million in 2007.

The contemporary Bradleys Head Road house has again been listed through the Ray White Lower North Shore with agents Megan Thomas and Dino Gatti.

Hope Welker and her husband, Ryan, vacated the Mosman property as they departed for New York in 2011, around the time the family dispute over control of the family's mining interests became public through litigation.

Gina Rinehart has the property advertised on Fairfax Domain.

The local News Ltd paper noted the contemporary, non-waterfront property at 18a Bradleys Head Rd has a price guide of more than $5 million.
