Geelong Cats player Lachie Henderson’s luxury Jan Juc home is up for sale.

The cats defender is seeking $2.1 million for the four bedroom, two bathroom house.

Henderson, originally from Birregurra worked with The Simple Collective as well as Creative Lifestyle Homes to build the house.

Spanning two stories the home holds views over the ocean and treetops in the Jan Juc region

The split-level contemporary residence occupies a 668 sqm block near the beach and RACV Resort.

Other features include hydronic heating, split-system cooling, ceiling fans and electric blinds in the main living zone.
