Gail Pemberton appointed interim chairperson of onthehouse.com.au

OnTheHouse.com.au has appointed Gail Pemberton as its interim chairperson following the resignation of Jim McKerlie.

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Pemberton was formerly at BNP Paribas Securities Services in both the UK and Australia.

Before that from the late 1980s at Macquarie Bank she was chief information Officer for 12 years and subsequently chief operating Officer for the Financial Services Group.

Her other directorships include Paypal Australia and Baycorp.

OnTheHouse also announced that Diana Eilert has joined its board as a non-executive director.

Eilert was most recently the head of strategy and corporate development at News Ltd, where she was responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing strategic growth opportunities.

She had been the News Ltd nominee on the REA Group board.

OnTheHouse provides data on residential real estate in Australia via three services: consumer online (free sales data), real estate agency solutions (back office trust accounting and front office management systems) and analysis and consulting on real estate industry trends.
