Fred Williams' former Upwey home, Allawah sold

Allawah, the Upwey home occupied by artist Fred Williams in the 1960s, has been sold.
It sold for $800,000 after auction.
The 1924 three bedroom home sits on 4382 square metres at the base of the Dandenong Ranges.
Ray White’s Matthew George was the marketing agent for 10 St Kilda Avenue, Upwey.
