A four bedroom Red Hill, ACT house has been sold for $1.4 million making it Canberra’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 12 Hicks Street, the 859 square metre property has been marketed to buyers looking to buy in the inner south.

The family/meals area and rear deck is adjoining the kitchen and flows onto the large dining room and lounge with garden views.

The master bedroom has views out to the deck along with ensuite and walk-in robe while the remaining three bedrooms are at the front of the house.

The property was offered through LJ Hooker agent Linda Wells.
