Former West Coast Eagles coach Ken Judge and his wife Annette have splashed out $2 million for a two-bedroom apartment in the North Fremantle Rivershores complex.

Situated on Doepel Street, the $110 million resort-style apartment complex features 58 apartments across two five-storey buildings.

Apartments come with a wine fridge and coffee machine, and residents have access to a gym and swimming pool.

Bradley Raynor of Acton Fremantle secured the sale.

Developed by Watersun Property, Rivershores features designs by Hassell Architects.

Two- and three-bedroom apartments range in price from $980,000 to $2.03 million.

Rivershores won the best apartment development award in 2012 by HIA and the project of the year award.

Construction of the development was completed in November 2011.

The median apartment price in North Fremantle is $780,000, a 56.5% decline in the past five years, according to RP Data.
