The former Star City chief executive David Banks is selling his Pymble home.

There is a $4 million expectation for the 66 Telegraph Road home, Ballinlough.

It sits on 929 sqm of land.

The 1930s Gregorian-inspired residence built by James Orwin with oversized living areas.

The modern kitchen consists of a deluxe Calacatta marble kitchen, full suite of Miele appliances, 900mm induction plus gas cooktop, double oven.

An integrated fridge, butler’s pantry, outdoor granite kitchen and gas barbeque are also included in the kitchen area.

There are five bedrooms, with four having built-in robes and two master bedrooms having marble ensuites. There is also a bespoke home office. The grounds have a saltwater in-ground pool.

The April 1 auction is through Chadwick Real Estate agent Lynette Malcolm.
