Former REA COO Arthur Charalaftis and wife Effie sell Canterbury home
Former REA Group chief operating officer Arthur Charlaftis and wife Effie have sold Monomeath, their Melbourne home.
The Armadale-based couple paid $1,395,000 in 2002 for the four bedroom Canterbury home which was built two years earlier to a design by Lucas Morris Homes.
Since renovated, the property set on 875 sqm features a garden with pool and pool house.
A coffered ceiling is in family room with open fireplace and wet bar leading to a west-facing cocktail terrace and the north facing poolside terraces.
