Former North Melbourne premiership midfielder Shannon Grant has sold his Albert Park home.

The 174 sqm Victorian home has three bedrooms, a separate study and a roof-top retreat.

The designer kitchen and dining area is met by an outdoor courtyard with BBQ bench.

Grant was part of the Kangaroos 1999 AFL premiership winning side.

He played 243 games for North Melbourne, kicking 323 goals over his 10 year career in Victoria.

Agent Greg Hocking of Hockingstuart sold the property at 181 Kerferd Road, Albert Park at an undisclosed price having suggested $1.8 million plus after a $1.8 million vendor bid. The one would-be buyer did up his offer to $1.81 million, but the property was passed in, and sold for an undisclosed price in after-auction negotiations.
