Former Masterchef contestant buys Coogee apartment

Popular Masterchef contestant turned foodie Courtney Roulston has bought a Coogee apartment for $1,535,000.

The semi-sized apartment on the top floor of the Art Deco Beach-Lynn block is wrapped in windows on three sides.

Renovated from its last trade for $950,000 in 2011, the 90 sqm boutique apartment comprises two bedrooms and a loggia-style balcony. 

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agents Alexander Phillips and David Tyrell secured the sale.

Roulston finished fifth in series two of Masterchef in 2010 then set up her own catering company in 2011 which has catered for the Sydney Swans. 

She has released cook books including The Salad Kitchen and Salads In A Jar.
