Former AFL Carlton player Andrew Walker and wife Kylie have listed their home in Melbourne’s Preston as he heads back to his home town Echuca, in northern Victoria.

He will be the town’s player-coach next year in the Goulburn Valley Football League.

The home has a $1.3 million to $1.4 million guide through hockingstuart agents Andrew Montalto and Lillian Akkari, who have set a December 2 auction.

The May Street home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a designer deck that overlooks the swimming pool on the 505 square metre parcel.

It cost Walker $640,000 in 2011, the year he was Carlton’s top goalkicker.

Walker retired in 2016 after 202 games over 12 years in blue.
