It is a terrace in Paddington which cost $2.1 million.
The renovated home sold through BresicWhitney agent Nic Krasnostein who amended his price guidance to $2,055,000.
The buyers guide on listing had been $1.85 million.
Last traded for $1.44 million in 2014, the minimalist home has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Marketed as a statement city home in Paddo's heart, the home features a striking yellow door.
It joins the Paddington craze of colourful doors that include the recent $2.85 offering of NRL Titans star Jarryd Hayne who had a garish pink front door contrasting the black facade at his Paddington home that he sold in January.
Paddington median house price sits at $1.66 million for two bedroom houses, according to CoreLogic.
The Paddington bolthole replaces their couple's five bedroom Pymble home which fetched $3.9 million in 2015.
The couple recently sold their Southern Highlands retreat, Big Sky, for $1,795,000 as they traded up to the $4.1 million Woodhurst Green at Glenquarry.
Noad has become the gentleman farmer.
Kramer sits on the boards of AMP, Australia Post and Woolworths, but lightened her load when stepped down from the board of Nine Entertainment earlier this year.
