Former ANZ chief economist Warren Hogan sells Cremorne home

Former ANZ chief economist Warren Hogan didn't get a bid when his Cremorne home went to mid-week auction, but it sold the next day.

Some $3.7 million was expected by Hogan and his wife Samantha, who are off to the upper north shore.
 
The five-bedroom Davidson Parade home with a pool is on a 600sqm block. It has upper level Middle Harbour views.
 
It had been renovated since it last traded in 2012 at $1,525,000.
 
Colin Craig at Ray White Lower North Shore placed a $3.69 million vendor bid. He sought to illicit bids from two parties at the auction, offering an extended 84 days settlement.
  
Warren Hogan is an industry professor at UTS Business School and a former Federal Treasury official.
