The recently appointed Football Federation Australia board member Joseph Carrozzi secured the weekend sale of Anahata, a Mosman investment property.

The renovated Queen Anne-style Federation home on Myahgah Road fetched more than its $4 million reserve, when offloaded for an undisclosed price, but understood to be $4.55 million.

The home, opposite the Allan Border Oval, attracted five registered bidders compete – with an investor securing the offering.

Carrozzi, the national managing partner at PwC, paid $2.3 million for the property in 2009.

The three-bedroom Queen Anne-style Federation home has a self-contained studio at the rear which has been operated as a healing centre by his wife, Jana, integrating both ayurvedic and western therapies.

It has been relocated to Suakin Drive, Mosman.

Nic and Kingsley Yates had the Myahgah Road listing.

The couple live at a large Clifton Gardens battle-axe.
