The contemporary Hill Avenue home designed by architect Paul Uhlmann was built by Mactech Constructions builder Nick McDonald to slope down the hill side.

The first level is devoted to guest sleeping accomodation, with two bedrooms and a media room.
A master suite with study nook occupies the entire third level, opening to a private deck with soaking tub.
The middle level homes the main living spaces, with sculptured timber framing showcasing the views.
An intimate sunken lounge with fireplace and a pool and pool deck also sit on this level.
Vendor Rozetta Naumoski told the local paper that people can't really think outside the box when it comes to building on a slope, but I thrived on the challenge."
She said her favourite feature was the outdoor concrete bathtub on the top level master retreat.
Sophie Carter agent Ed Cheery is marketing the home that traded as a shack for $879,000 last year before its construction.
It has a $2.7 million asking price.
